Commercial use licenses and agreements are available upon request. Cost will vary depending on purpose, media and other factors. Do not hesitate to ask about commercial use permissions.Cost mentioned is for SINGLE characters. Additional characters come at an extra cost.

Terms of Service

The following are Beembunbun's Terms of Service version 1.2
Before any work can begin a consultation will take place, free of charge. Once cost is established, non-refundable deposit is expected, work will only begin once the non-refundable deposit is sent in full.ABOUT TIMELINE AND SCOPE:
Consultation is free of charge where we will determine the type of work you wish me to do for you, as well as the turn around time.
Once a project has been determined, a link to a ko-fi commission will be sent where you will need to enter your handle/company name for the agreement to be valid.
A rough sketch will be sent for approval, please mention the changes you wish to have made at this stage, afterwards we enter the process stage that allows for one (1) revision until the final piece is delivered.ABOUT REVISIONS:
During the process stage, I allow for 1 revision of the work, this is limited to minor changes such as: Color palette or limited changes to the pose/expression. In case of videos, changing a few videos, adding voicelines.
Revision after the final work has been delivered, will not be entertained.
Should you require any revisions or changes after the final work has been delivered, this will come at a cost.ABOUT PAYMENT:
For the time being, I only accept payment via Ko-fi:
> Non-refundable deposit (minimum 30% of the TOTAL cost.)
> Final payment, remaining 70% of the TOTAL cost.
After the piece has been paid in full the final product will be emailed to the client in full resolution.
Refunds can be considered in limited and special cases.
There is NO REFUNDS on deposits.
Payment plans are always available. Please ask.ABOUT MY WORK AND LIMITATIONS:
I am a new artists developping my style constantly.
I do not do porn, for now. At this point in my artist career I do not feel confident to do pieces of a sexual nature. If you wish me to direct you to someone for that, please ask and I will do that gladly.
I reserve the right to reject any piece or commission that I do not feel comfortable doing.ABOUT COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION/REPOSTING
Out of respect for IP and Copyright I do not accept commissions for fanart or for characters without the owner's written consent given to me in a legally-binding agreement.
I reserve the right to include any and all of my commissioned work in my personal portfolios (both physical and online), commissions sheets, pages, profile and social media at any and all points.
I reserve the right to edit, modify and repurpose a commission and raw material that did not result in a commission.
I reserve the right to claim the commissioned pieces and works as my own work.
I will not sell physical reproductions of your piece at any point in time unless previously agreed.
YOU DO NOT have the right to include the commissioned piece in a portfolio, online profile or any other place without credit to me.
YOU DO NOT have the right to sell, print or reproduce the piece for commercial use, unless a commercial license or agreement has been acquired.
YOU DO NOT have the right to claim the commission as your work.
All my commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Reproduction or sale of my pieces without proper permission or any evidence that the artwork/commission was bought for commercial purposes or that a commercial agreement has been negotiated will be a violation of Intellectual Property laws and legal action will be taken.
As the creator of the pieces I retain all rights to my work.
